Convivencia is a proposed eco-wellness and continuing care retirement community in San Pablo City, Laguna. Our vision is to create a place where retirees can live with dignity, purpose, comfort, and meaningful connection.
We are building a community rooted in excellent Filipino care, sustainable living, wellness for body and soul, and shared ownership through a housing cooperative.
Our Story
The vision for Convivencia grew from the increasing need for quality, accessible, and compassionate retirement and long-term care, particularly for Overseas Filipinos and Filipino families who hope to spend their retirement years in the Philippines.
Through collaboration among committed organizations, professionals, and community partners, we are developing a model retirement community that reflects Filipino care, cooperation, environmental responsibility, and meaningful community life.
