Racquel R. Cagurangan

Racquel R. Cagurangan ("Rac") is a healthcare executive and leadership advisor in the Philippines, currently serving as Group Chief of Strategic Accounts and Patient Experience at The Medical City.

She has over 15 years of specialized executive experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, and HMO administration. Her background includes executive leadership roles across top organizations such as Maxicare, Healthway, Aventus Medical Care, Metro Pacific Health, and International SOS and most recently, collaborated closely with PhilHealth, local government units, enterprise clients, affinity groups and private medical practices to rollout universal healthcare.

As an active member of the Management Association of the Philippines, she serves in the Health Committee, championing initiatives around digital healthcare access, corporate wellness programs, and preventive healthcare advocacy.

Before transitioning into healthcare executive roles, she built experience in the technology, telecommunications, and BPO sectors through roles at companies including AT&T, Globe Telecom, and 88DB.
